Timelines are estimates based on project scope, communication speed, and client requirements.

Masury Digital LLC is not liable for delays caused by client actions, including late content delivery, revisions, approvals, or missed communication.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Masury Digital LLC aims for quality performance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website access, error-free systems, or complete security of online services.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data and content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masury Digital LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed, time incurred, and outstanding invoices up to the termination date.
